個人情報保護に関する方針

KIND (Komaba International Friendship Club、以下KIND)は以下の方針を定め、個人情報の保護に努める。
(1) 個人情報に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守し、実施する事業において個人情報は、慎重に取り扱うこと。
(2) 個人情報を適法かつ公正な手段によって入手し、不正な方法により入手しないこと。
(3) 個人情報の利用は、利用目的の範囲内で、活動遂行上必要な限りにおいて行うこと。
(4) あらかじめ明示した範囲や法令等の規定に基づく場合を除いて、個人情報を事前に本人の同意を得ることなく外部に提供しないこと。
(5) 個人情報を適切に保護するとともに、漏えい、滅失、き損などを防止するため、適正な措置を講ずること。
(6) 本人が自己の個人情報について、開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止を求める権利を有していることを確認し、これらの申し出があった場合には速やかに対応すること。
(7) 個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情が生じたときは、適正かつ速やかに対応すること。
(8) 個人情報を保護するために適切な管理体制を講じ、運営スタッフの個人情報に関する意識啓発に努めるとともに、この方針を実行するため、これを運営スタッフに周知徹底し、確実に実施すること。

KIND (Komaba International Friendship Club; hereinafter “KIND”) has established the following policy and is committed to protecting personal information.
(1) We will comply with laws, regulations, and other standards regarding personal information, and handle personal information with care in the course of our operations.
(2) We will obtain personal information through lawful and fair means and will not obtain it through improper methods.
(3) We will use personal information only within the scope of the stated purpose and to the extent necessary for the conduct of our activities.
(4) We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except within the scope previously specified or as required by laws and regulations.
(5) We will take appropriate measures to protect personal information and prevent its leakage, loss, or damage.
(6) We acknowledge that individuals have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information, and we will respond promptly to such requests.
(7) When complaints arise regarding the handling of personal information, respond appropriately and promptly.
(8) Establish an appropriate management system to protect personal information, strive to raise awareness among operating staff regarding personal information, and ensure that this policy is thoroughly communicated to and strictly implemented by operating staff.
